Subscription pricing is set on the consult type's treatment plan, not on the individual patient, so there is no per-patient switch to waive a subscription for a fixed period.
How to do it
Create a separate consult type with a free treatment plan.
Move the patient onto that consult type for the period you want to give them free.
When the free period ends, switch the patient back to your standard subscription consult type.
Keep your own record of which patients you have moved and when their free period ends, since the switch back is a manual step.
